Çakallarla Dans 8 Opens 6 November With Tim Seyfi Back
The eighth film opens on 6 November 2026 and brings Tim Seyfi back after ten years.
The Turkish comedy Çakallarla Dans 8: Şututgart Çıkarması reaches cinemas on 6 November 2026. Actor Tim Seyfi returns to the series after ten years as Şerafettin Top Müller, the character he played in the fourth film.
Seyfi told Milliyet that shooting most of the film in Germany added a lot of colour to the story. He also said he had missed the team and that audiences can expect a very funny film.
What We Know About the Film’s Story and Crew
Murat Şeker directs the film. He wrote the screenplay with Ali Tanrıverdi. The production companies listed are SugarWorkz, TAFF Pictures and CJ ENM Türkiye.
According to GZT’s report, the story begins when the “Çakallar” group tries to settle into a calmer routine. A mysterious kidnapping disrupts that plan. The group then ends up inside an international human trafficking ring in Germany. Şerafettin Top Müller is involved in that network, as is the leader known as “Yenge.”
GZT says Şerafettin’s half-sister, Maria Nur, helps shift the balance in the story. A figure called “Dayıoğlu” appears in the final act. The reports do not say who plays these roles.
Who Returns in the Çakallarla Dans 8 Cast
The cast includes Şevket Çoruh, Murat Akkoyunlu, Timur Acar, Didem Balçın and Hakan Bilgin. Nur Sürer plays “Yenge.” Tim Seyfi, Vildan Çırpan, Aslı Melisa Uzun and Tanju Bilir are also listed.
The film was shot in Istanbul and in Stuttgart, Germany. The title plays on the city’s name: “Şututgart” combines the Turkish word şut (a shot, as in football) with Stuttgart. That reading is our observation, not a statement from the producers.
Why the Series Matters to Turkish Comedy Fans
Çakallarla Dans is one of Türkiye’s long-running film comedy franchises. Reaching an eighth film is unusual for a Turkish cinema series. Seyfi’s return after a decade will interest viewers who followed the earlier instalments.
The film is a modern comedy, so it sits apart from the historical dramas that dominate Turkish television exports. It still shows another side of Turkish popular culture.
Viewers who mostly follow period dramas can find episodes of series such as Kuruluş Osman with English subtitles on our site. The Çakallarla Dans 8 release date is 6 November.
